Test Automation Development
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites using Python and Robot Framework to ensure reliable validation of data transformation processes.
Data Transformation Validation
- Validate laboratory data transformations and source-to-target mappings to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business requirements.
Data Quality Verification
- Perform data quality checks, reconciliation activities, and validation procedures using SQL to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Structured Data Testing
- Test structured and semi-structured data formats, including JSON, CSV, and XML, verifying accurate processing and transformation outcomes.
Functional & Regression Testing
- Execute smoke, functional, and regression test scenarios to validate application behavior and maintain software quality standards.
Defect Investigation & Analysis
- Investigate defects, identify root causes, document findings, and collaborate with development teams to support issue resolution.
CI/CD Test Integration
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous quality validation and efficient release processes.
Test Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain test execution reports, document test results, and provide visibility into quality metrics and testing outcomes.
Compliance & Traceability Support
- Ensure test traceability across requirements, test cases, and defects while maintaining audit-ready documentation and validation evidence. Requirements

QA & Software Testing Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, or test automation roles supporting enterprise applications and data-driven solutions.
Python & Robot Framework
- Hands-on experience developing automated tests using Python and Robot Framework within complex testing environments.
SQL & Data Validation
- Strong SQL skills with experience performing data validation, reconciliation activities, data analysis, and quality verification tasks.
Data Format Testing
- Experience testing structured and semi-structured data formats such as JSON, CSV, and XML across integration and transformation processes.
Test Automation Expertise
- Strong knowledge of automated testing methodologies, test design techniques, and automation framework development.
Regression & Functional Testing
- Experience planning, executing, and maintaining functional, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios.
Defect Management & Troubleshooting
- Ability to investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate effectively with technical teams to resolve issues.
CI/CD & DevOps Practices
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and supporting continuous testing initiatives.
Version Control Systems
- Hands-on experience using Git and modern version control practices within software development environments.
Analytical & Communication Skills
