About the role We’re looking for an Operations Manager to be the backbone of our organization – building smart systems, optimizing workflows, and driving cross-team alignment. This role is about making things run smoothly today while setting us up to scale tomorrow.

We need someone with a can-do attitude, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the drive to own processes end-to-end. Responsibilities* Own and optimize the company's operational backbone by designing, technically implementing, and maintaining core workflows in Jira, Confluence, G Suite, etc.

• Contribute to people processes: talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management, etc.
• Contribute to business processes: design development, construction and property management, etc.
• Lead full project management from initial planning to final execution.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cost saving measures, including P&L analysis.

Requirements* +2 years in operations, project management, ideally in fast-growing startups

• Experience running cross-functional projects in fast-moving environments
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication skills
• Higher education degree, ideally in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field.
• Fluent English

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in architecture, construction fields
• Fluency in Russian
