Position Summary
Operating directly out of Barcelona, you will act as a Google Ads consultant and trusted digital growth partner for scaling companies within the Dutch market. You will manage a dedicated client portfolio end-to-end—driving friction-free onboarding, boosting product adoption, safeguarding account retention, and uncovering valuable expansion avenues to foster client longevity and campaign scaling.
Primary Duties
- Strategic Onboarding: Onboard new accounts by determining key business milestones and crafting customized digital ad strategies.
- Stakeholder Outreach: Connect consistently with client decision-makers to present performance reviews, highlight ROI, and recommend complementary ad solutions.
- Campaign Optimization: Build, launch, and refine Google Ads accounts while continually adjusting bid models, copy variations, and audience target segments.
- Analytics & Reporting: Interpret campaign data arrays to build practical optimization strategies that systematically increase ROAS.
- Pipeline Management: Document client conversations and manage accurate account statuses within our central CRM database.
- Regional Feedback: Communicate real-time observations regarding Dutch consumer behavior and market shifts to help refine campaign strategies.
Applicant Profile
- Language Skills: C1/C2 fluent Dutch along with fluent business English capabilities.
- Background: Experience in client-facing B2B account management, sales development, or digital strategy consulting using CRM technology.
- Cultural Context: Familiarity with the Dutch market landscape, commercial dynamics, and GDPR compliance rules.
- Core Strengths: Excellent verbal communication, high comfort level analyzing marketing statistics, and proficiency with digital tools.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible when working in rapidly evolving work settings.
