Your Role
As a Business Finance Manager, you will you will be an important member of the Business Finance team, partnering with Group Functions and the Holstebro factory team to provide financial analysis, performance insight and decision support. You will own key reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes, deliver financial insight, and work with stakeholders to identify areas requiring attention, cost and cash improvement initiatives and opportunities to strengthen performance.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working close to the business and can translate numbers into insight to draw conclusions and drive action. You will be comfortable building relationships across functions, challenging constructively, improving reporting and forecasting processes and using data to support decisions in a clear and balanced way. Above all, you are a “get up and go” self starter with persistence and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Finance Manager you will:
- Act as finance business partner to Group Functions, including People & Culture, Digital, Legal, Strategy, Sustainability, Innovation and Communications, providing financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, dashboards and commentary for Group Functions and the Holstebro trading entity, highlighting key drivers, risks, opportunities and areas requiring attention.
- Coordinate forecasting and annual budgeting for Group Functions and the Holstebro trading entity, working with cost centre owners, local finance teams, Group FP&A and factory management.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in finance business partnering and cost control, ideally within a manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environment
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to produce clear management reporting and forecasts, including variance analysis, performance commentary and recommendations
- Confident working with large data sets and BI tools to build dashboards and performance reports
- Ability to work effectively across functions and countries and within a complex international organisation
- Clear and compelling communicator who can engage both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and navigate between stakeholders
Success in This Role
In your first 6–12 months, you will have built strong, trusted relationships with the Business Finance team, Group Functions, Holstebro factory management and local finance teams. You will have delivered accurate and timely reporting and forecasting, and established yourself as a go-to financial partner. You will help standardise and systemise reporting processes, strengthen forecast and budget coordination, and improve visibility of cost, cash and performance drivers. Longer term, you will support better decision-making and contribute to initiatives that improve business performance and financial transparency.
