Business Manager – Eindhoven (Netherlands)
Your mission
As a true entrepreneur within MCA, you will actively contribute to the growth of our business in the Netherlands.
Business development:
- Identify and prospect new industrial clients.
- Develop a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Eindhoven region.
- Build lasting relationships with technical and procurement decision-makers.
- Identify project opportunities and negotiate engineering consulting services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle through to contract signature.
Recruitment and management:
- Identify and recruit top engineering talent.
- Conduct qualification interviews.
- Support consultants throughout their career development.
- Monitor assignments and ensure client and consultant satisfaction.
Profit center management:
- Grow your revenue.
- Build and manage your business plan.
- Track your key performance indicators.
- Actively contribute to MCA’s development strategy in the Netherlands.
Your profile:
- Degree from an engineering school, business school, or a university Master’s program.
- Initial experience in business development, recruitment, or consulting is a plus.
- Strong interest in negotiation and business development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment of challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional English is essential.
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus but not required.
