Our goal is to provide all households in Germany with a fiber optic connection by 2030. We want to further accelerate the part of the fibre-optic expansion from the street to our customers' homes. To this end, we are expanding civil engineering capacities on the market by founding Deutsche Telekom Tiefbau GmbH. In addition to external contracts with reliable partners, we will therefore also operate the necessary civil engineering services independently in the future. Deutsche Telekom Tiefbau GmbH will work on behalf of Telekom Deutschland GmbH and Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH.

Tasks

As a dispatcher or personnel deployment planner, you are responsible for the deployment planning of our construction crews across Germany. You coordinate the staffing requirements of our construction sites and, depending on the order situation and personnel availability, ensure appropriate capacity balancing within Deutsche Telekom Tiefbau GmbH.

• Preparation of traffic regulations and coordination with authorities and project participants
• You are responsible for the complete personnel deployment planning of our construction crews
• You create short-term forecasts for capacity utilization
• You carry out order documentation and prioritization, including the specific assignment of orders
• Precise appointments as well as their coordination and monitoring are decisive here
• If necessary and after internal coordination, you will also coordinate the assignments of external personnel

Profil

You have completed industrial, technical or commercial vocational training as well as subject-oriented additional education or professional experience in the construction sector. You also have the following advanced technical and special knowledge and skills:

• Experience in personnel planning in the construction sector
• Distinctive expertise in the area of disposal/personnel deployment planning
• Basic knowledge of data documentation and order processing
• Advanced skills in coordinating and following up appointments
