The Role
Be the dedicated test manager for the SAP S/4 HANA implementation program supporting Genmab's commercial expansion. The role owns end-to-end test management for all SAP projects; test strategy, planning, requirements traceability, execution, and reporting and is hands-on with automated testing using Tosca across multiple SAP platforms. Majority of the role is dedicated to SAP projects; along with some support for test engineering across the hub's application landscape. The role works within the hub's test management framework (Jira/Xray, Tosca) and Genmab's compliant testing processes. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.
Key accountabilities
- Test management (SAP program): Own test strategy and test plans per SAP project – scope, phases (SIT, regression, UAT support), entry/exit criteria, defect management, and test status reporting to project and Hub leadership.
- Test automation: Design, build, and maintain Tosca automation across multiple SAP platforms and integrations; establish reusable, maintainable automation suites for recurring regression testing.
- Requirements & traceability: Manage testing requirements for the SAP projects in Jira/Xray with audit-ready traceability from requirement to test case to executed evidence.
- Compliant testing: Ensure testing meets applicable GxP/CSA (Computerized Software Assurance) and SOX evidence requirements, aligned with Genmab's test management and system life cycle procedures.
- Coordination: Align testing activities with business COE team, SAP Solution Architects, SAP implementation partners, offshore consultants, and Enterprise IT; represent testing in project planning and release decisions.
Core responsibilities
- Create and execute automated test scripts in Tosca and manual test cases where automation is not feasible; maintain them across SAP releases.
- Build and run regression suites for SAP release cycles; drive down manual regression effort over time.
- Run defect triage: logging, prioritization, retest, and closure with development and vendor teams.
- Manage test data and test environment needs for SAP test cycles in collaboration with Enterprise IT.
- Integrate Tosca execution results with Xray/Jira for consolidated, real-time test reporting.
- Contribute to the hub's test automation standards, templates, and cross-training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in test management and QA for enterprise SAP implementations. Tosca/ISTQB certifications a plus.
- Hands-on expertise with Tosca test automation on multiple SAP platforms, including building and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts.
- Knowledge of SAP Order to Cash processes as it pertains to test automation.
- Solid experience with test management in Jira/Xray: requirements management, test planning, execution tracking, and reporting.
- Experience with testing in regulated environments – GxP/CSV/CSA and/or SOX evidence requirements.
- Experience with test data management and environment coordination for SAP test cycles.
- Strong coordination and communication skills across business, IT, implementation partners, and offshore teams.
- Fluent English; based in Denmark with ability to work on-site.
