European Key Account Manager – Chinese OEMs

Zakres obowiązków

Join our international team and lead the development of strategic relationships with Chinese OEM customers across Europe. This position combines customer management, business development, commercial negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

• Manage and develop relationships with Chinese OEM customers across Europe.
• Coordinate activities between European and Chinese teams to ensure successful customer support and business development.
• Lead RFQ processes and support new business acquisition.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive commercial development.
• Drive product value through cost optimization initiatives, innovation, and value-added solutions.
• Manage pricing, orders, contracts, and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Support project execution in cooperation with project management and cross-functional teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations and customer discussions.
• Contribute to the implementation of global standards for Chinese OEM customers.
• Support budget planning and monitoring.

Wymagania

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent Chinese and English language skills.
• Experience gained either within the automotive industry or in commercial customer-facing roles within a technical or industrial environment.
• Experience working with Chinese customers, suppliers, or business partners.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate their value to customers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and international teams.
• Proactive, agile, and results-oriented approach.
