Description
As Live Producer, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering high-quality live events and broadcasts.
You will ensure smooth execution across production, technical teams, talent and stakeholders from pre-production through to live delivery.
This role will be based in our Madrid office.

- Plan and manage live productions from pre-production through to delivery, ensuring all elements are aligned and ready for transmission.
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, talent and technical crews to ensure seamless execution of live events.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, run of shows, production plans and operational documentation.
- Lead live operations, making real-time decisions and resolving issues quickly to ensure continuity and quality.
- Manage production timelines, resources and budgets while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the required standards.
What You'll Bring:
- Technical Skills: Live production workflows, broadcast technology, production planning tools, live streaming platforms, rundown/run-of-show management, basic AV and technical knowledge, and troubleshooting.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, adaptability, attention to detail, stakeholder management and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Leadership Skills: Cross-functional team coordination, decision-making, delegation, stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution and the ability to lead teams in fast-paced live environments.
- Required Experience: Experience in live production, broadcasting, events or content production, with proven experience coordinating multiple teams and managing live projects from planning through delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Media, Broadcasting, Communications, Event Production or a related field.
