With immediate effect, MSF OCA is looking for a:
Learning Solutions Coordinator
(Based preferably in the Amsterdam office)
As Learning Solutions Coordinator, you will lead the development and implementation of learning strategies that strengthen both individual and organizational capabilities. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that employees have access to effective learning solutions that support MSF's mission and strategic objectives.
You will oversee a team of learning professionals, guide the evolution of the learning portfolio, and contribute to shaping the future of learning within the organization.
Main responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Learning Solutions team, fostering collaboration, engagement, and a positive working environment.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the Learning Solutions Strategy and annual plans.
- Partner with departments and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
- Establish partnerships and collaborate within MSF to develop common strategies and realize intersectional projects as per the ambition of the movement to mutualize some aspects of Learning and Development.
- Translate organizational priorities into effective learning solutions.
- Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programmes and initiatives.
- Ensure the quality and relevance of the learning portfolio, using both internal and external resources.
- Manage learning platforms, tools, and systems to support an effective learning experience.
- Monitor learning outcomes and provide insights and recommendations through data and reporting.
- Manage budgets, priorities, and resources within the Learning Solutions function.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external providers and partners.
- Stay up to date with developments and trends in learning
- Collaborate with counterparts across MSF to promote alignment and share best practices.
- Drive change initiatives and support the implementation of new learning approaches across the organization.
Candidate profile
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, including experience managing teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of learning strategies within a professionnal environment,
- Proven experience designing and implementing learning solutions that support business needs.
- Experience working with learning technologies, digital learning solutions, and learning management systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on and practical approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in complex situations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
We offer
- A Dutch employment contract for the duration of 12 months, subject to renewal with satisfactory performance. This is a structural position with a start date as soon as possible.
- A gross monthly salary with a range between 4,875€ and 6,711€ gross per month. Your exact salary will depend on your relevant work experience, based on a full-time appointment.
