Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO
Do you want to play a key role behind the scenes and help bring H&M’s fashion content to life every day?
H&M Studios, part of the H&M Marketing department, produces fashion content for H&M’s full assortment globally, used for both e-commerce and marketing purposes. Our work includes model images, product images, and video assets.
As a Production Assistant, you are responsible for ensuring that every product is prepared and presented in the best possible way for our shoots. You coordinate and execute ironing and steaming to ensure all products are organized, available, and ready according to agreed timelines. The role also includes supporting the handling of incoming products through unpacking, labelling, and sorting, as well as providing on-set assistance during photo shoots.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for planning and executing steaming and ironing to ensure all garments are camera-ready.
- Support production teams before and after photo shoots as well as assist during model photo shoots.
- Support with maintaining an organised wardrobe area.
Supporting the unpacking, labelling and sorting of incoming products with accuracy and care.

- Experience in garment care including ironing and steaming.
- Experience as a stylist assistant.
- Experience from a high-paced work environment.
- Experience in product management.
