Rotation Chief Stew 56m SY

We are looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a prestigious 56m private sailing yacht.

This is an established dual-season programme with a crew of nine and a friendly, professional onboard environment. The yacht will be in the Caribbean for the winter, with plans to cruise the USA or Med during summer 2027.

The successful candidate will be a confident and organised Chief Stewardess with strong leadership, communication and service skills. Large sailing-yacht experience is essential, along with the ability to manage the interior department to a high standard while maintaining a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Chief Stewardess
• Minimum three years’ experience in yachting
• Large sailing-yacht experience essential
• Excellent service and interior-management skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Organised, hardworking and confident
• B1/B2 visa advantageous
• Relevant service or interior qualifications advantageous

• Rotation: 10 weeks on/10 weeks off
