You will focus on full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client collaboration, helping businesses find and hire exceptional talent. This role is ideal for experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists who thrive in a technology-driven environment and are passionate about using AI and automation to enhance recruitment outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to successful placement.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates using AI-powered recruitment tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Utilize Jobla.ai to automate and optimize recruitment workflows.
• Work with modern AI-native technology to improve productivity and candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Staffing.
• Proven success delivering end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable using AI and automation tools in recruitment.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple recruitment assignments.
• Experience working with international clients or BPO environments is an advantage.
• A commercial mindset and interest in building long-term client relationships are a plus.
