We are currently looking for a Service Operations Manager to join our Fintech team.

Mandatory requirements:

• Fluent English (C1 level minimum) - mandatory.
• 4+ years of experience in operational coordination, service management, or technology operations environments.
• Proven experience in Incident Management and Change Management processes.
• Strong operational reporting and management information skills.
• Experience producing KPI, SLA, availability, and operational performance reports.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and recurring issues from operational data.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams during incidents and critical situations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
