The role
We are looking for an analytical and driven student to join our Value Creation team part-time alongside their studies (during final years, preferably in year 4 or 5), with the possibility to continue full-time after graduation.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on high-impact strategic and operational projects across an international industrial group. You will support the team in analyses, problem-solving, and project execution while working closely with experienced colleagues and senior stakeholders across the organization.
Our team works at the intersection of strategy, value creation, and M&A. We support our Business Groups and portfolio companies in improving growth, profitability, and operational performance through strategic projects, commercial analyses, performance improvement initiatives, and selected M&A-related activities.
As an intern, you will become an integrated part of the team and contribute to projects from day one. The role provides broad exposure to different industries, companies, and business challenges, making it an excellent opportunity for someone considering a future career in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or general management.
Responsibilities

Support strategic and operational projects across the Group, Business Groups, and portfolio companies

Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analyses

Analyze financial and operational data to support business cases and strategic recommendations

Prepare presentations and materials for management teams and executive decision-making

Support commercial due diligence projects and market assessments related to acquisitions and new growth opportunities

Contribute to value creation initiatives within areas such as commercial excellence, pricing, digitalization, AI, and operational improvement

Support project management, workshop preparation, and follow-up activities across ongoing initiatives We think you are

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with approximately one year remaining until graduation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong academic performance and an interest in strategy, business development, and industrial companies
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Previous experience from internships, part-time roles, consulting, finance, strategy, or other analytical environments is considered a merit, but not a requirement.
