About the Role

A dedicated resource is required to support the transition to Instinct and the rollout of Flex, ensuring timely onboarding, compatibility validation, and therapy activation.

This role will be responsible for validating therapy and device compatibility, identifying and resolving potential compatibility issues between Instinct, Flex, and patients’ mobile devices, and providing operational and technical support throughout the activation process.

The role will mitigate increase Instinct conversion, operational risks, reduce implementation delays, and improve the patient and clinician experience.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• This is a temporary position.
• Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/ or project group.
• Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.
• Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
• Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
• A bachelor degree
