Du übernimmst die strategische Verantwortung für unseren Einkauf und entwickelst unsere Beschaffungs- und Lieferantenstrategie kontinuierlich weiter. Dabei identifizierst Du Einspar- und Optimierungspotenziale und stellst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team eine wirtschaftliche, qualitätsbewusste und zuverlässige Beschaffung sicher.

abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Industrie-/KMU-Umfeld

Führungserfahrung mit kollegialem und vertrauensvollem Führungsstil

Erfahrung im Lieferanten- und Warengruppenmanagement

ausgeprägtes Verhandlungs- und Kostenbewusstsein

analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen

sicheres Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke

selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen

Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht bzw. in der Gestaltung von Einkaufsverträgen sind von Vorteil
