Transaction Reporting SPOC | MiFIR & EMIR Change Delivery | Major Dutch Bank

A major Dutch bank is looking for an experienced Transaction Reporting professional to act as the Regulatory Transaction Reporting Single Point of Contact for change initiatives. You will combine deep MiFIR and EMIR regulatory expertise with business analysis and change delivery skills, representing Regulatory Transaction Reporting across the full project lifecycle from design through to production. This is a hands-on SME and delivery role sitting at the intersection of regulation, technology, and business.

About the role

You will own the RTR workstream in projects and new product implementations, working closely with Front Office, Product Management, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Change teams to ensure regulatory obligations are embedded into solutions from inception to go-live. The role offers exposure to a broad and complex stakeholder landscape and the chance to shape how regulatory reporting requirements are designed and tested across the organisation.

You will:

• Act as subject matter expert for MiFIR and EMIR reporting obligations and assess the impact of new products, initiatives, and technology changes
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear business and functional requirements, and review solution designs for reporting considerations
• Define testing strategy and reporting validation requirements, and coordinate UAT and sign-off from an RTR perspective
• Facilitate workshops, drive resolution of reporting-related risks and issues, and provide updates to senior management and governance forums

Who are you?

• Extensive experience in EMIR and MiFIR transaction reporting within banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle events and reporting obligations
• Proven experience delivering change in a project environment (Agile and traditional), owning requirements, design reviews, testing, and implementation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and governance forums
