WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Global Places and Services (GPS) plans, designs, builds, and operates Nike’s global portfolio of places.

In this EMEA leadership role, the Senior Director is accountable for operations and services delivery across the EMEA corporate real estate portfolio and partners with GPS COEs, Operations, Places, Geo leadership, Finance, HR, Procurement, employee networks, Security, Resilience, EHS and external vendors.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a strategic, inclusive and service-minded leader who can translate global GPS standards into effective and efficient EMEA outcomes. This person brings senior stakeholder engagement, strong operational judgement and experience leading teams, partners and large-scale programs.

They are comfortable balancing global consistency with local business needs, using data and KPIs to drive clarity, accountability and continuous improvement across a complex, multi-functional environment.

  • Senior leadership experience with team management, stakeholder engagement, service delivery and employee experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large programs and investment roadmaps, including budget or P&L accountability.
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: real estate, workplace, facilities management or a closely related service environment.
  • Strong communication, influencing, program management and cross-functional collaboration skills across cultures and geographies.
  • A leadership style grounded in trust, courage, self-awareness, teamwork, inclusion, strategic thinking, clarity and accountability.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will lead GPS across EMEA, delivering high-quality services while influencing global and Geo teams to create measurable impact. You will set direction, align investments, manage partners and ensure services are delivered with operational excellence and a strong employee experience.

  • Influence GPS strategy development, portfolio planning, service delivery and operational excellence standards, balancing global standards with EMEA business and functional needs.
  • Own delivery of local services, including Events, Facilities Management, Nutrition, Sports and Mobility, through vendors and strategic partners.
  • Identify real estate and construction requirements and opportunities, partnering with the global Places team to support execution.
  • Champion the adoption of GPS standards, tiering, strategies, metrics, KPIs and data standards across the EMEA geography.
  • Establish and align long-term and in-year investment roadmaps, managing the GPS EMEA budget in partnership with Geo Finance.
  • Lead a hybrid team of NIKE employees and strategic partners, measuring performance and ensuring delivery KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. Represent GPS with regional stakeholders and partner with global functions to drive execution, clarity and accountability.
