Your mission

Lead the store, not just the operations

• You make sure everything runs smoothly from opening to close — operationally on point, but always with the bigger picture in mind: how do you turn our pop-up store into a place people remember.

Help your team grow

• You lead and motivate your team, plan shifts, and support each person in becoming a true OACE Rep — with attitude, mentally and visually.

Grow our community

• You make sure your team advises with genuine interest and treats everyone as an equal — so no one in the store feels like "just a customer." That's how sales and brand presence turn into something more: real connection.

Keep the store running

• You keep an eye on stock levels, coordinate reorders, and make sure the store always looks the way OACE should look.

Your profile

• Several years of retail experience, ideally already in a leadership role, with a proven feel for both team and sales
• The ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong organizational and customer service skills
• Readiness to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Very good German; English is a plus
