We are My Derma Dream! A high 8-figure company on track to break 9-figures by EOM April! Our affiliate program generates around $1.5M / month, and we will grow it to $10M / month by the end of this year.

Because of our reputation and the incredible work of our affiliate team, we now have hundreds of super-affiliates who will help us achieve that goal & want to get started as soon as possible!

BUT…

We are facing bottlenecks in our onboarding process & we need an assistant affiliate manager to come in, help out, speed up & improve our onboarding speed so our super affiliates go from MEETING > AGREEMENT > ONBOARDING > READY TO START SENDING CLICKS in under 72 hours.

In order to achieve this, we are looking for a super-star assistant affiliate manager who has dreams of one day becoming an affiliate manager themselves, so that we work with someone who is highly coachable, ambitious, and willing to lead.

• Onboarding 10 Super Affiliates / Week
• Bring the Time-To-Live to under 72 hours for new affiliates
• Join our team to affiliate conferences & walk away with 50 New Contacts / Show
• Identify the bottlenecks & opportunities in our affiliate program to get us to $10M / month in affiliate revenue before EOY 2026
• Learn, adapt & grow your skillset to decrease the admin time of your affiliate manager to less than 1 hour/week

Responsibilities:

• Willing to grow within the organization, and be coached on a regular basis to upskill yourself.
• Get daily profitability reports from all active affiliates to align our perspectives with reality on the ground
• Work with internal stakeholders to create a weekly Super Affiliate presentation, to show the weekly wins and share with the Super Affiliates.
• Send out our IO’s to affiliates & have them signed
• Actively listen to all Affiliates, creating a list of negotiation attempts and presenting to Head of Affiliates.
• Present the company, its mission & vision professionally & ambitiously to people in & outside the company.
• Join the weekly internal creative calls to find out about new creative wins & landing pages that would work for your affiliates.
• Be punctual & show up on all calls a few minutes early to set the tone
• Ask questions & constantly seek guidance & mentorship to grow into an affiliate manager one day.
• Use Everflow & our internal affiliate dashboards to track the health of your program
• Travel to 8-15 conferences/year

Requirements:

• 1+ Years of experience in affiliate marketing (Network or directly with an advertiser)
• Travel to 8-15 conferences/year
• Work 6 days/week
• Work 10 hours/day
• Read 2 books/month
• Speak English fluently, C1
• Be well-versed with Slack, Zoom, Sheets, Google Forms, G Suite, and Microsoft 365)
• Have a computer with +16GB RAM
• High Speed internet + Backup (Router / 5G)
• Work EST 8 AM - 18 PM
