Job Description About the role
In this role, you will own the global technology products that support Talent Management, Succession, Performance and Engagement Surveys. You will translate business ambitions into scalable solutions, connect stakeholders across HR, IT and specialist functions, and ensure that our platforms are secure, compliant and ready to evolve.
You will be part of our Global HR Technology team and report to the Senior Director, Global HR Technology. The role is based at our headquarters in Stockholm and follows a hybrid working model.
What you will do
- Own and continuously improve the global products supporting Talent Management, Succession, Performance and Engagement Surveys, ensuring they meet business needs, are scalable and user-friendly.
- Partner with process owners to turn business needs and global standards into thoughtful system design, configuration and roadmaps.
- Explore skills-related use cases, new platform capabilities and AI opportunities, coordinating dependencies across the wider HR technology landscape.
- Manage and strengthen the governance backbone of HR technology, including security roles, access, GDPR, data privacy, DPIAs, testing and release management.
- Work closely with IT Automation & Integrations to maintain reliable data flows and scalable integrations between platforms.
- Lead complex, cross-functional HR technology initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilisation, managing scope, risks, vendors and stakeholder alignment.
- Act as a trusted system partner to HR, IT, Legal, Information Security and vendors, bringing clarity, momentum and a constructive challenge when needed.
Qualifications About you
You are someone who enjoys making complex technology feel clear, dependable and useful. You can move comfortably between strategy and hands-on delivery, bringing structure without losing curiosity or momentum. Collaborative and pragmatic, you listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions and build alignment across different perspectives. You are also confident enough to challenge constructively and care about creating solutions that work not only technically, but for the people who use them every day.
What you bring
- Solid experience with global HR technology and enterprise HCM solutions, together with a strong understanding of the HR processes they support.
- Experience translating business requirements, global standards and relevant local needs into scalable system design and continuous improvement.
- A good understanding of HR technology governance, including security and access, data privacy, integrations, testing and release management.
- Proven ability to lead complex technology projects or workstreams involving several functions, vendors and dependencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical approach to challenges across process, system, data and integrations.
- Excellent collaboration, communication and influencing skills, along with the confidence to challenge constructively and create alignment.
- A structured, curious and user-centred mindset, with complete fluency in spoken and written English.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with a global HCM platform
- Experience from a global, regulated or life-sciences organisation.
- Formal training or certification in project management or product management.
