Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Advanced knowledge of NCOP Increment 2 system (at least 3 years), including NCOPcourse qualification up to COP MANAGER in the NCOP training path and with in-depth experience of NCOP course delivery plus NCOP System Administration;
• Deep knowledge and experience of NATO's doctrine and standards relevant toCommon Operations;
• NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification.

Desirable:

• Knowledge and experience with NCI Agency;
• Knowledge and experience with the NCI Academy;
• NATO CIS technical Course Developer or equivalent qualification.

Duties/role:

• Delivering NCOP User, COP Manager, Combined User/COP Manager, and NATO Command Structure training courses at the NCI Academy and NATO/National locations;
• Preparing and coordinating training iterations prior to course delivery;
• Reviewing training packages and performing minor updates to courseware.
