As a Deployment Lead, you ensure the deployment and scaling of digital products and use cases across the region. You represent the voice of the Brewery, ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders, co-create and help prioritize Product Backlogs, and ensure product deployments in Breweries by engaging Brewery stakeholders, local Digital Specialists, Global Connected Brewery Product Owners, and Deployment Leads.
Your responsibilities would include:
- ensuring that Global Use Cases are developed and scaled according to the agreed with Product Owners & Region order and timeline
- working in collaboration with the end users within the Breweries, CoEs and Global Functions to establish horizontal (to the Region Breweries) scaling of the use cases and products support
- deciding the order in which content is delivered with input from the team
- ensuring pre-conditions for an engaging and empowering work environment so the team can work optimally
- successfully deploying of products / use cases at the Breweries
- driving continuous usage and happiness of customer, continuous improvement of the use cases / solutions / process / internal changes.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- at least 2 years of relevant experience
- proven ability to lead and coordinate projects
- experience with PBI, Grafana, Power Platforms, Data Engineering and Agile project management methodology
- a good understanding of TPM and shop floor experience
- ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
- leadership, people and stakeholder management skills
- an entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to connect with internal and external audiences including senior management
- abilityto push back, but also able to pull when necessary
- ability to explain complex technical processes to business stakeholders
- fluent English skills.
You’re a perfect candidate if you also have:
- good understanding of Breweries and OpCos ways of working, daily tasks, pain points.
