WHAT YOU DO
- Operational Partner Management: You support the Partner Team with administrative and organizational tasks in daily operations as well as in maintaining partner portals (e.g., AWS APN, Google Cloud Partner Directory, Microsoft Partner Center).
- Deal Registration & Pipeline Tracking: You are responsible for registering deals in the respective partner portals, tracking the status of joint leads, and keeping our CRM up to date. You serve as the point of escalation for deal registration conflicts, resolving claim disputes to ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
- Program Compliance & Certification Tracking: You monitor partner program requirements (e.g., training/certification quotas, revenue benchmarks) to ensure Zoi maintains its required partner status and eligibility for partner incentives as well as a first line alarm about possibilities to increase our status level.
- Reporting & Data Maintenance: You create regular reports and overviews regarding partner KPIs, certification statuses, and joint marketing/sales activities.
- Funding Management: You check funding availability to support and enhance operational collaboration with partners.
- Policy Change Management: You proactively monitor for changes in partner program policies or portal features and translate these updates into actionable advice for the Partner Team.
- Process Optimization: You continuously optimize internal processes, with a specific focus on effective workload management.
- Cross-Functional Communication: You act as an organizational link between our Partner Managers, internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Consulting), and the operational contacts of our partners.
WHO YOU ARE
You are an organizational talent with a structured way of working, a passion for processes, and strong enthusiasm for the tech industry.
- You have a degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Media Management) or a comparable qualification with initial professional experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, Project Assistance, or Account Management within a B2B/tech environment.
- You work in an extremely structured, thorough manner and always keep an overview even with many parallel to-dos.
- You are a true team player with high initiative, a hands-on mentality, and enjoy solving operational challenges.
- You have very good skills in handling CRM systems and common office tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
- You possess fluent English skills, both written and spoken; Spanish and/or German skills are a plus.
