• Manage cash register operations with accuracy, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and issuing receipts
• Monitor the gaming floor to ensure compliance with safety and operational policies
• Support guests by answering questions about games, promotions, or facility amenities
• Resolve guest concerns or conflicts promptly and professionally, maintaining a fun and safe environment
• Supervise guest flow during peak times to prevent congestion and ensure smooth operations
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gaming area to uphold high standards of guest experience
