Apply Responsibilities

• Manage Product Lifecycle and Operations
  • Manage end-to-end application lifecycles, ensuring operational stability, service quality, and continuous optimization.
• Coordinate Stakeholders and Product Planning
  • Act as the primary operational contact, collaborate with Product Owners and Information Compliance teams, and contribute to PI Planning.
• Manage Documentation and Knowledge
  • Approve operational documentation, including system runbooks, and maintain ServiceNow knowledge articles, procedures, and team sites in SharePoint or Confluence.
• Oversee Change, Release, and Risk Management
  • Plan and oversee IT environment changes, coordinate releases with development teams and Product Owners, and maintain System Risk Assessments (SRA) aligned with Legal and Information Compliance requirements.
• Manage Security and Access
  • Manage authentication assets and password vaults, ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Oversee IT Support and Service Management
  • Manage L2/L3 support, monitor SLA/KPI benchmarks, and oversee ITIL Incident and Service Request Management in ServiceNow. Requirements

• IT Product Management
  • Experience At least 5 years of commercial experience managing IT products in a similar role.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Agile Planning
  • Experience collaborating with Product Owners and operational stakeholders, with knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
• ITSM, Governance, and Documentation
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, and Problem Management, Service Management, and System Risk Assessment (SRA) frameworks.
• Change Management Expertise
  • Hands-on experience with formal Change Management processes.
• Identity and Access Management
  • Understanding of corporate identity management concepts and security practices.
• Enterprise Systems and Tools
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. What we offer
