International Relationship Manager, Global Business Direct

Ready to build meaningful relationships with Nordic and international corporate clients? You will provide tailored financial solutions and advisory services to SME customers across our four home markets as well as in Europe. The international segment serves companies with cross-border operations and banking needs as well as ambitions to establish or expand their business across the Nordics and Europe. This position offers the opportunity to become a specialist in international expansion within our growing business segment.

What you will be doing

Join our team of six relationship managers in Global Business Direct, where you will manage a portfolio of international SME customers with Nordic and European operations. Working from our Copenhagen offices, you will collaborate closely with Senior bankers, product specialists, and teams across the Nordics to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.

• Provide banking advisory services for international and cross-border customers
• Screen and assess potential new customers for business development
• Coordinate relationships across borders and Nordic markets
• Advise on banking products such as Cash Management, credit and FX
• Support customer expansion strategies across Nordic markets

About you

• Strong interest in working as a relationship manager within finance
• Previous experience in banking or finance areas like Cash Management or Credit
• Fluent in at least one Nordic language and English
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
• Curious mindset with eagerness to learn about international segments
• Collaborative approach with initiative-taking abilities
• Open to exploring new ways of working and sharing knowledge
