We are looking for an IFS System Administrator to take ownership of the master data that underpins our IFS environment and help ensure that our business processes are built on accurate, consistent and reliable data .
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with IFS Applications, ERP master data and organisational structures , while collaborating with teams across the business to make sure data is set up correctly, maintained to high standards and ready to support day-to-day operations.

What will your impact be?
You will play a key role in maintaining the data foundation of our IFS environment , ensuring that critical master data is accurate, consistent and available to support our global business processes.
IFS Master Data & Governance
You will own the accuracy, consistency and governance of core master data within IFS:
- Create and maintain key IFS master data objects, including Persons & Resources, employees, technicians, warehouses, inventory locations and site structures .
- Ensure global consistency and accuracy of master data across IFS entities.
- Maintain organisational structures, including companies, sites and warehouses .
- Support the onboarding of new business units, sites and employees into IFS.
- Ensure master data meets internal standards for quality, accuracy and compliance .
- Execute bulk uploads and data updates when required.
Business Support & Data Quality
Your work will have a direct impact on how teams use IFS across the organisation:
- Support the troubleshooting and resolution of master data issues affecting business processes.
- Work closely with functional teams to ensure master data is correctly created, maintained and used in business transactions.
- Identify data quality issues and contribute to their resolution and prevention.
- Help ensure consistency between IFS master data and the processes that depend on it.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in master data management and governance.
Global Collaboration
This is a global role where collaboration is essential:
- Work with stakeholders across different business functions, countries and time zones .
- Support global rollouts and the onboarding of new business areas into IFS.
- Partner with functional and technical teams to understand data requirements and ensure the right setup in IFS.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What will you bring?
We are looking for someone who combines IFS knowledge, data accuracy and a strong sense of ownership .
Your experience
- Experience working with IFS Applications , preferably within a global or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP master data concepts .
- Experience managing organisational structures, including warehouses, resources, persons and sites .
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy, consistency and integrity.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business functions and time zones.
- A structured and data-driven approach to problem solving, with a focus on accuracy and root-cause analysis.
- Basic understanding of data imports and exports . Experience with IFS Data Migration tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English , both written and spoken.
- Additional languages are a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience in ERP administration or master data governance .
- Knowledge of supply chain, maintenance or service processes within IFS.
- SQL or reporting skills.
- Experience supporting global IFS rollouts .
