We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in business development, opportunity capture, bid management, and program management within the space, defense, aerospace, security, or satellite communications sectors to join projects focused on Space Surveillance and Tracking (SST), Space Situational Awareness (SSA), Space Domain Awareness (SDA), Space Traffic Management (STM), and Space Security business development and growth activities.
What will you do?
Identify, qualify, and capture national and international business opportunities in the fields of SST, SSA, SDA, STM, and Space Security.
Coordinate complex proposals involving technical, commercial, financial, and contractual contributions from multidisciplinary teams.
Develop and maintain relationships with institutional customers, public administrations, defense organizations, and space agencies.
Support the definition and execution of business development strategies aligned with market needs and company objectives.
Lead bid activities and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including consortium partners.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or a related field.
Between 5 and 10 years of experience in business development, opportunity capture, bid management, or program management within the space, defense, aerospace, security, or satellite communications sectors.
Functional understanding of SST, SSA, SDA, STM, Space Security, ground segment systems, radar and optical sensors, orbital cataloguing, and space operations.
Experience working with institutional customers, public administrations, defense organizations, or space agencies.
Proven experience coordinating bid teams and managing technical, commercial, financial, and contractual contributions.
English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
