What you'll do
As Financial Controller, you won't just work for one company. You'll gain exposure across Zovea's different business models, handle a range of financial challenges, and build a well-rounded skill set in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. You'll help shape financial processes, support strategic decisions, and optimize workflows.
- Responsible for finance and control processes across the labels, with a coordinating role during the monthly close
- Handle the more complex accounting topics as Financial Controller, such as depreciation, inventory valuation, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet specifications
- Involved across the board in finance processes, periodic reporting, and group reporting
- Delivering sharp analyses of revenue and cost development presented during the monthly business reviews
- Build a strong foundation for the budget and forecast process and the cash flow reporting
- Bridge the gap between the business and finance by connecting the two and giving stakeholders insight into that connection
- Drive process improvements
Who you are
- You have a bachelor's degree in a finance-related field and 5 -10 years of experience in a financial controller role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- You have strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge, experience with Exact Online and Basecone is a plus.
- You have a sharp eye for numbers, take ownership of your work, and stay detail-oriented and proactive
- Self-directed and self-starting; able to take responsibility, set priorities, and work independently
- Curious and decisive: you ask questions, and are pragmatic and action-oriented
