- Provide executive leadership with actionable recommendations through scenario planning, business cases, and strategic analyses
- Oversee the preparation of executive dashboards and Board-level financial reports, including insights on macroeconomic risks and commercial opportunities
- Drive process improvements in planning accuracy, data governance, and digital tool adoption (e.g., Anaplan, Power BI)
- Lead and develop a high-performing global team while fostering collaboration across functions and geographies
- Support strategic initiatives such as pricing evolution, network investments, and service expansion with financial and market context
What you bring
You are a commercially minded finance leader who combines strong financial expertise with a deep understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 12-15+ years of experience within FP&A, financial strategy, or corporate finance, with exposure to market intelligence
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience building and leading global, cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with strong financial acumen and business judgement, with a proven ability to translate financial and business data into actionable recommendations
- Deep understanding of global market trends, industry economics, and operational drivers
- Experience with advanced financial planning and analytics tools such as Anaplan, SAP BPC, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage and influence executive and non-financial stakeholders
