You will play an important role in:

As Executive Assistant to the Head of Two-Stroke Engineering, you will be a trusted partner to senior leadership and an important contributor to the successful execution of the areas' strategic agenda. Working at the intersection of leadership, organizational development, and business operations, you will help ensure alignment across the management team while driving important initiatives and supporting decision-making processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Head of Two-Stroke Engineering and the Engineering Leadership Team in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Driving and coordinating cross-functional projects and workforce planning activities.
  • Collaborating on change management initiatives related to process improvements and organizational changes.
  • Facilitating management meetings, preparing presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Planning and coordinating leadership events, strategy workshops, and department-wide information meetings.
  • Managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and other business-critical administrative processes.
  • Overseeing headcount-related processes and collaborating with HR to support staffing plans and recurring reviews.
  • Maintaining governance processes, including authorization structures, travel policies, budget follow-up, and data accuracy.
  • Coordinating high-level customer, partner, and stakeholder visits.
  • Building strong relationships across the organization and collaborating closely with fellow Executive Assistants to ensure seamless support and alignment.

We imagine that you:

  • Have 2-3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Support, Project Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior leaders.
  • Are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Possess strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills and can build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Combine a structured and detail-oriented approach with a strategic and business-oriented mindset.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Are proactive, adaptable, and motivated by finding solutions and creating value for others.
  • Have a good understanding of organizational dynamics and enjoy contributing to business improvements and organizational development.
  • Are familiarized with working in a technical organization and are looking to apply a generalist mindset in a highly specialized environment.

You will join Two-Stroke Engineering, a key part of the organization responsible for developing and advancing world-leading engineering solutions. The department is characterized by a collaborative and international environment where innovation, continuous improvement, and strong leadership are highly valued. Working closely with the Head of Engineering and the leadership team, you will gain unique insight into the strategic agenda of the business and play an active role in supporting its success.

You will in addition gain a close working relationship with the Executive Assistant of Research & Development as a daily sparring partner in your shared office.
