Your role
As an Associate Industrial Engineer, you will:
- Analyze existing processes, procedures and technical systems with high complexity under supervision.
- Support the creation and maintenance of technical procedures, work instructions and documentation.
- Collect, structure and validate technical information for project teams and Technical Authors.
- Contribute to identifying process bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Support industrialization activities related to module build, testing, installation and maintenance.
- Assist in evaluating manufacturability, serviceability and maintenance aspects of products and systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, project teams and other stakeholders to ensure technical information is accurate and complete.
- Learn to apply industrial engineering methodologies, customer requirements and quality standards.
What you bring
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Experience
- Starter or recent graduate.
- Relevant internships, graduation projects or extracurricular engineering activities are considered a plus.
- Affinity with manufacturing, industrialization, process improvement or high-tech engineering environments.
Personal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (you like solving complex technical puzzles)
- Curious, eager to learn and motivated to develop yourself.
- Structured and methodical way of working.

Associate Industrial Engineer (PT) How you will work
You will be part of our Projects organization, working from our Porto office within an international team of engineers, technical authors and project professionals.
While Porto will be your home base, you will collaborate daily with colleagues, customers and project teams across multiple countries. Together, you support the development, industrialization and optimization of highly complex machines and systems for leading technology companies.
You will collaborate closely with Project Leaders, Technical Authors and experienced Industrial Engineers while building your knowledge of manufacturing processes, diagnostics, availability and serviceability.
At WEB, learning and development are central. You will receive coaching, guidance and feedback that will help you grow into an independent Industrial Engineer.
What we offer
Gross monthly salary between €1400,- and €1750,-, depending on your experience and qualifications (based on a 14-salary structure). In addition, you can expect:
