A Snapshot of Your Day
As part of the Network Management team in GT Transformers, you will work together with our global network of factory locations to improve factory performance and develop and implement concepts for the manufacturing sites. Major targets like safety, quality and productivity are to be addressed via technical solutions. In areas of missing mature industrial technology, you support its progress. Especially, in physical AI you support driving GT strategy and its implementation.
Technical know-how, hands-on implementation support, and clear communication make you a trusted partner of our factories and functions. You will play a key role in shaping the future technological setup of our global manufacturing landscape. How You’ll Make an Impact* Deploy cutting-edge AI & robotics solutions to GT portfolio and support further development and adaptation
- Scout market, technologies and new ideas in the area of robotics, AI and beyond
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data-driven assessments of manufacturing, cost, and market landscapes
- Build & leverage an ecosystem of factories, functions, suppliers, service providers, research and experts What You Bring* University degree in robotics or automation technology
- Experience in project management, manufacturing or industrial engineering
- Experience in automation and robotics combined with understanding of industrial vision & AI technology
- Ability to analyze, structure and improve complex project or production situations with clear focus to get things done
- Business fluency in written and spoken English and willingness for international business trips (ca. 20%)
- High level of self motivation, ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic project environments About the Team
