Business Development Manager

SSA Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales of our software products, data-driven solutions, and professional services. Experience in the IT industry is not essential; we are looking for a strong sales professional with a proven track record in international B2B sales, a hunter mentality, and a strong focus on results. You will manage the full sales cycle and work closely with Campaign Managers, who generate a pipeline of qualified leads using Lead Navigator, our proprietary B2B lead and campaign generation platform.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in international B2B sales
• Proven track record of substantial contracts
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Results orientation, an entrepreneurial mindset, and self-motivation
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally

Responsibilities

• Managing the full sales cycle: from identifying and engaging prospective clients to negotiating and closing deals
• Collaborating closely with Campaign Managers to align on targeting, communication strategies, and follow-up actions
• Conducting discovery calls and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Preparing commercial proposals and contracts
• Building and developing long-term client relationships, including account expansion and cross-selling/upselling the company’s full portfolio of products, solutions, and services
• Representing the company at international meetings and conferences
• Participating in the continuous improvement of the sales process
