As Student Assistant, Finance, you will become part of our Finance organisation, supporting key reporting, controlling, and compliance activities while gaining valuable insight into how Finance operates in a global company. The role offers broad exposure across finance disciplines and the opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including automation, data analytics, and AI-driven improvements.
This position is only available to candidates who are studying at a Danish university during employment and who have the capacity to work 15-20 hours per week whilst studying.
Key responsibilities
As our Student Assistant, you will support the team with a wide range of finance related tasks, including:
- Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations and financial controlling activities.
- Supporting internal control and compliance procedures.
- Supporting statutory reporting and audit-related activities.
- Supporting Finance transformation initiatives through data analysis, automation, and process improvements, including the use of AI-driven solutions.
- Assisting in maintaining master data and supporting finance systems.
- Preparing reporting materials, analyses, and ad hoc presentations for stakeholders.
- Participating in relevant finance projects across the Finance organisation.
What you bring
We are seeking someone who is currently pursuing a relevant degree within Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field (e.g. HA, cand.merc.aud., or equivalent) and have a genuine interest in accounting, financial reporting, and finance processes.
Moreover, you bring:
- A collaborative and open-minded attitude.
- A structured and detail-oriented approach to your work and take pride in delivering high-quality output.
- Excellent analytical skills and are comfortable working with financial data.
- Demonstrate initiative and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel and have an interest in finance systems, reporting processes, and how data and technology can be used to improve the way Finance operates.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Compensation: Comprehensive salary and benefits package.
