Intact, the world’s leading software provider for the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry, is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help create the next generation of our product. We’re transforming a highly configurable legacy system into a modern, coherent platform for the entire audit, certification and standards ecosystem. We’re not just making it look more modern. We’re rethinking how people get complex professional work done.

You’ll take end-to-end design ownership of a significant product area as an embedded partner to Product Management and Engineering. You won’t just turn requirements into screens. You’ll observe how people work, challenge assumptions and help decide what we build in the first place. Along the way, you’ll help shape a distinctive product language for Intact, working with colleagues and customers around the world.

Are you ready?

• Own the design quality of a significant product area, from discovery through shipped product
• Observe users doing real work instead of relying only on requirements or internal assumptions
• Map complex workflows, journeys, roles, decisions and handoffs
• Turn sophisticated professional work into clear, focused and intuitive experiences
• Explore and prototype competing approaches before significant engineering capacity is committed
• Work with Product Management and Engineering to decide which problems are worth solving, then shape solutions together
• Design polished end-to-end experiences, including edge cases, errors, empty states and recovery, with responsiveness and accessibility built in from the start
• Make sure your area fits into one coherent Intact platform, contribute to our design system and help create a recognizable visual and interaction language
• Explore how AI and automation can remove work while keeping transparency and human control
• Review working software with Engineering until the intended experience reaches customers, then keep improving it through research, usability testing and analytics

Are you the ONE?

• Degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years designing sophisticated digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software or complex workflow products
• Experience owning a product area end to end, with strong skills in discovery, user interviews, contextual research and usability testing
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows without removing the depth expert users need
• Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design and visual design, including responsive design
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary squad and using qualitative and quantitative evidence to improve shipped products
• A portfolio that shows your reasoning, trade-offs and outcomes, not only polished final screens
• Strong product judgment, systems thinking and the confidence to challenge assumptions and disagree constructively
• Clear communicator who takes responsibility for the shipped product, not just the Figma file
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
