• PMO Experience
  • Strong PMO capabilities and experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
• Transformation Programs
  • Experience working in or supporting complex, large-scale transformation environments
• Program Coordination
  • Experience with program planning, coordination, tracking, reporting, and governance activities
• Stakeholder Management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across complex transformation environments
• Senior Management Communication
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior management
• SAP Environment
  • Experience working within complex SAP transformation programs and understanding of their delivery context
• Senior-Level Experience
