Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is seeking a sales driven, ambitious, passionate Senior D2C E-Commerce Manager France, Switzerland and Benelux to push Sales in D2C for these markets to a new level of success.
You have a native-level French proficiency and fluent English, with the commercial drive and ecommerce expertise to accelerate our Direct-to-Consumer growth and take sales performance across these markets to the next level.
This is a key role in our D2C & Digital Team, where you will take digital sales to the next level! In this role, you will own the responsibility for driving new customer acquisition through our digital platforms and skyrocketing revenue in our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel.
You will be based in Madrid (Spain), Antony (France), London (UK) or Stockholm (Sweden). You will be part of an international and ambitious D2C & Digital team and will directly report into the D2C Europe Commercial Lead, based in Munich, and will work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments.

Your Role
Responsibility for delivering sales against targets for the D2C ecommerce channel (Market specific)
- Meet weekly/quarterly DTC sales target on units, ASP and % of sales sold with service
- Provide analysis on sales performance with growth drivers and drainers including competitor insights to assess and implement appropriate actions to improve performance, improving developmental areas and maximizing growth areas
- Collaborate with D2C Team to deliver and successfully execute the promotional calendar
- Brief into Design team any required assets to support site optimization
- Work closely with wider sales teams (omnichannel and Amazon) to ensure we optimize sales across all channels and avoid cannibalization
- Monthly forecast planning of product SKUs for local market
- As we operate as a team across Europe responsibilities can sometimes be extended to support in other markets across our footprint too
Create a premium website, optimized for mobile experience with increased customer engagement and conversion rate
- Site audits to detect and amend content inaccuracies (e.g translations / layout). Ensure translations are accurate and displayed in the best way to ensure premium CX
- Identify opportunities to increase website performance by monitoring KPIs such as bounce rate, website load time, customer satisfaction, abandoned purchases and conversion to purchase.
- Execute content optimization on arlo.com to drive better engagement & purchase KPIs
- With the CRO Manager, identify optimisation areas based on insights gained via our performance tracking platforms (Hotjar, GA)
Increase NTB (new to brand) customers through new acquisition channels, improved SEO and paid media performance
- Keyword optimisation to increase organic traffic
- Execute SEO content change requests to drive organic traffic and sales
- Establish and manage partnership opportunities within market to drive NTB sales
- Optimize site UX and promotional offerings to increase number of sales with service attached
- Blog management – keep articles refreshed and up to date
- Optimization and localisation of paid media assets and copy
D2C & Ecommerce Research and Insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce
Driving DTC Secure Sales for the Channel
- Lead and drive Arlo Secure Sales in DTC to ensure the channel meets targets
Your Profile
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for driving sales, growth, and measurable business results.
- Proven experience working within Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, or closely partnering with Digital Marketing teams covering areas such as Paid Search (SEA), SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Exceptional French communication skills (native or equivalent proficiency) and fluent English are essential.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Online Sales, or related commercial roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Google Analytics (or similar tools) to translate data into actions and business recommendations.
- Experience managing website content through a CMS platform (AEM experience is an advantage but not required).
- Solid understanding of ecommerce best practices, including customer journey optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX principles, promotional planning, SEO, cross-selling, and up-selling techniques.
- Ability to understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve online performance and conversion.
- Excellent project, time, and priority management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) ecommerce environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Self-motivated team player who takes ownership, works collaboratively, and drives tasks independently when needed.
