We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives for our warehouse in Tilburg.
This is for a fixed term contract, minimum of 7 months including probation period.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the day to day operations of the warehouse. You will be responsible for efficiently and safely performing various tasks within our warehouse. You’ll play an essential role in inventory management, order processing, and shipping, where precision and speed are key. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to further develop your skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Using hand held scanners to log and receive products
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare deliveries by ensuring proper packaging and labelling
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimise processes
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Unloading Shipping Containers, moving stock by hand or with machines
Skills & Experience Required:
Essential
- Experience in a warehouse environment, preferably with order fulfillment, picking & packing
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders
- Ability to work alone using your initiative and able to work as part of a team
- Good understanding of warehouse processes including goods in/out, stock management and dispatch
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic IT knowledge
- Fit & healthy, physical fitness is essential for this role to ensure you can safely manage heavy lifting, repetitive manual labour and maintain high energy levels during active shifts.
Nice to have
- IT literate with good knowledge of Google Workspace and Warehouse Management Software
- Forklift truck License
- Knowledge of material handling techniques and best practices
Your warehouse is a 6 min cycle ride/24 minute walk from the central train station, 2 minute cycle ride/ 8 min walk from Tilburg University Station.

Pay: €2.500,00 - €3.000,00 per month
