The Partnerships Operations Analyst plays a dual role at the intersection of data and operations within the Global Partnerships team. This position is responsible for delivering accurate, timely reporting and analysis that drives partner performance visibility, while also serving as a key operational contributor — coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking initiative progress, and supporting the day-to-day execution of Global Partnership Ops. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building a pivot table and managing a project tracker, and brings a proactive mindset to both data and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Operational Support
- Cross-functional Coordination: serve as the operational backbone for Global Partnerships initiatives — tracking timelines, coordinating action items across teams, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule
- Project Tracking: maintain up-to-date project trackers, status dashboards, and milestone logs for ongoing Partnerships programs; flag risks, blockers, and delays to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Meeting Facilitation: prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and distribute follow-ups for key Partnerships Ops meetings; ensure decisions and action items are documented and tracked to completion
- Stakeholder Communication: draft internal updates, status summaries, and briefings to keep leadership and cross-functional partners aligned on project progress
- Process Documentation: develop and maintain clear documentation for reporting workflows, operational procedures, and recurring processes to ensure continuity and scalability
- AI & Innovation: champion AI-driven initiatives within the Partnerships team, identifying opportunities to integrate automation and intelligent tools into ongoing projects and workflows
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Dedicated Partnership Reporting: own the creation, execution, and distribution of scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, with a strong focus on partnership metrics and KPIs
- Ad-hoc Analysis: respond to urgent, non-standard data requests from the Global Partnerships team, including complex data pulls, custom modeling, and scenario analysis
- Data Integrity: validate report outputs against source systems to ensure accuracy and consistency; proactively identify and escalate anomalies or discrepancies in partnership data
- Trend Analysis: perform initial trend analysis and translate findings into concise summaries that surface performance opportunities, risks, and actionable insights for the Partnerships team
- User Enablement: help prepare training materials and conduct brief sessions to support end-users in correctly interpreting standard reports and using data tools
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in an operations, analytics, or project coordination role, ideally within a partnerships, sales operations, or commercial environment
- Project Coordination: demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously — tracking timelines, coordinating across teams, and driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision
- Technical Proficiency: advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, conditional formatting); familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and BI or reporting tools is a plus
- Detail Orientation: exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy when handling and verifying large datasets
- Communication: strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business language and synthesize project updates for a range of stakeholders
- English Proficiency: professional-level English (written and spoken) is required; the role involves daily communication with global stakeholders and documentation in English
- AI Platform Fluency: hands-on experience working with AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar tools; comfort using AI assistants to accelerate research, drafting, analysis, and operational workflows is expected
- Adaptability: comfortable shifting between structured reporting tasks and fast-moving operational support in a dynamic, global environment
What You'll Get
- Direct ownership of reporting and operational processes that feed into real business decisions across a global partnerships function
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration at a senior level — working alongside Partnerships, Sales, Finance, and leadership teams across multiple markets
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional setting, with active encouragement to experiment and build smarter workflows
- A role with genuine variety — no two weeks look the same, and you'll build skills across data, operations, and project management simultaneously In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 40,000.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role. Why Join Us?
