About the team:

Your new In2Outbound team is based at HQ in Denmark, with several regional key stakeholders. The team works across regions and sites as one team, succeeding through collaboration, clear priorities, and shared ownership — not silos.

• Supports one another by creating space for personal well-being and coaching each other’s development.
• Removes blockers when work becomes complex.
• Works in line with Novonesis’s culture commitments, with care, empowerment, and impact guiding how decisions are made.
• Plays a key role in the S/4HANA transformation, leading the roll-out of SAP EWM across more than 30 production sites and 60 warehouses.
• Drives implementation of mobile devices and scanning solutions to enable accurate, real-time warehouse execution globally.

Your role:

• Guide a group of highly specialized professionals covering the full In2Outbound process.
• Play an important role in the successful S/4HANA rollout.
• Support your track lead through governance forums and boards, ensuring clear escalation, alignment, and status reporting.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a global In2Outbound team.
• Support the S/4HANA EWM rollout across production sites and warehouses.
• Support the rollout of mobile devices and standard scanning solutions.
• Ensure strong collaboration, focus, and shared ownership across stakeholders.
• Participate in governance forums and boards.
• Help remove blockers and support business adoption.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience from large-scale rollout programs.
• Preferably hands-on knowledge of SAP EWM.
• Experience from a production or warehouse environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience rolling out large programs is an advantage.

Workplace: Onsite in Lyngby

Travel: Travel will be required as part of the S/4HANA rollout, approximately 30–45 days.
