They are currently seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join their team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging technical projects while providing leadership and mentorship to development teams in Warsaw.

Position Overview

As a .NET Developer, you'll play a central role in designing, developing and deploying applications built on the Microsoft .NET stack. You'll collaborate with architects, product owners and stakeholders to define technical solutions, while providing guidance to development team members. Your work will directly impact project delivery, code quality and the adoption of best practices across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy .NET-based applications to meet business requirements

• Collaborate with architects, product owners and stakeholders to define technical solutions

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members

• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing and documentation

• Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where beneficial

• Manage project timelines, risks and deliverables in coordination with project managers Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in software development using the Microsoft .NET stack

• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Web API and Entity Framework

• Proficiency in SQL Server and database design

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns

• Experience with version control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular or React is advantageous
