Scope of responsibilities:
- Managing the Logistics Department and leading the logistics team.
- Responsibility for coordinating demand planning, supply planning, and production planning processes.
- Ensuring efficient material flow from suppliers to production and from production to customers.
- Driving standardization and implementation of one-way-of-working across logistics processes.
- Managing and continuously improving logistics procedures, instructions, and system standards.
- Acting as a key user and business partner for ERP/MRP systems, supporting process development and optimization.
- Leading inventory management, stock planning, and control activities to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinating product introductions, phase-in/phase-out activities, and SLOB management.
- Monitoring logistics KPIs and initiating improvement actions to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Supporting supplier development activities and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing organizational capabilities, building competencies, and supporting employee growth within the logistics team.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Expectations:
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, planning, or procurement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems; knowledge of M3 will be considered an advantage.
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Proactive mindset, structured approach, and strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
