About the Job
We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to grow italki’s external affiliate acquisition channels and strengthen affiliate fraud management across regions. This role will manage affiliate partners across the full lifecycle, from prospecting and onboarding to platform tracking, local payment coordination, fraud monitoring, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is proactive in exploring new affiliate and mobile network opportunities, comfortable working across regions, and able to turn channel data into actions that improve acquisition quality and business impact.
Responsibilities
Manage external affiliate channel acquisition, including partner prospecting, onboarding, performance tracking, and ongoing optimization.
Actively negotiate cooperation with new mobile networks and affiliate networks to expand acquisition opportunities.
Send new affiliate cooperation invitations monthly and maintain a structured outreach pipeline.
Evaluate potential partners based on audience fit, traffic quality, brand alignment, fraud risk, and expected business contribution.
Monitor affiliate traffic quality, detect suspicious activity, and support affiliate fraud prevention, investigation, and escalation workflows.
Create and maintain global guidelines for affiliate platform management to support consistent practices across local teams.
Support local teams with payment processes, local fraud management, and affiliate network tracking setup.
Coordinate affiliate briefs, tracking links, campaign materials, and partner communication to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Analyze CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, traffic quality, and revenue contribution to improve partner performance and channel efficiency.
Work with Marketing, Data, Creative, and regional teams to align affiliate activities with broader business goals and market priorities.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Experience with affiliate prospecting, outreach, onboarding, negotiation, and partner management.
Familiarity with mobile networks, affiliate platforms, tracking setup, attribution, reporting, and payment processes.
Strong understanding of affiliate fraud risks, traffic-quality checks, suspicious activity monitoring, and fraud-management workflows.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into optimization actions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-region collaboration skills.
Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners, campaigns, and local-team requests simultaneously.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-changing, multicultural environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
