About the Role
We are looking for a structured and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Sweden.
In this role, you will coordinate daily transportation and logistics activities, ensuring that customer orders and shipments are delivered accurately and on time. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to keep the supply chain running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments
- Plan and monitor domestic and international deliveries
- Coordinate transportation with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and suppliers
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues
- Prepare and verify shipping and transportation documentation
- Enter and maintain shipment information in ERP and logistics systems
- Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor transportation costs and assist with freight invoice verification
- Follow up on delivery performance and investigate discrepancies
- Handle customer and supplier inquiries related to orders and deliveries
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth product flow
- Support inventory and stock-related administration when required
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable transport regulations
- Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare regular reports
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, delivery times, and costs
- Support the Logistics Manager and Supply Chain team with daily operational tasks
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a similar coordination role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, or other logistics systems is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
- Customer-oriented and service-minded approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Languages
- English: fluent
- Swedish: good working proficiency preferred
- Additional Nordic or European languages are an advantage
Education
A degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.
