The team is responsible for the global management of Microsoft devices, Mobile Device Management, Apple device management, and the Nexthink platform. In this role, you are expected to understand the technical foundations of these services and effectively bridge business requirements with technical solutions. Working closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders across Novo Nordisk, you will help drive improvements, prioritisation, and adoption of our workplace technologies.
Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst in the End User Devices team within Global Digital Workplace, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, service managers, and engineering teams – ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable, value-creating end-user device solutions. You will work across a portfolio that includes Microsoft devices, Mobile Device Management, Apple device management, and the Nexthink platform, understanding their technical foundations while connecting business requirements with the right technical answers.
Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, analysing, and structuring business requirements and translating them into clear, actionable deliverables
- Driving initiatives and improvement activities across the End-User Devices portfolio
- Facilitating workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders across IT and Line of Business
- Developing business cases, impact assessments, and recommendations to support decision-making
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and operational teams to design solutions that balance business value, user experience, compliance, and technical feasibility
- Defining and tracking KPIs that measure business outcomes and service improvements
- Act as a trusted advisor and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

You will be based in Global Digital Workplace, which is part of Infrastructure & IT Security, working specifically with how all Novo Nordisk employees work, collaborate, and communicate using digital technologies. We are a virtual department with employees based primarily in Denmark and India, supporting the organisation with global services and platforms. Together, we focus on building a great digital workplace while ensuring stable and secure operations. The activity level is high, with many major initiatives and projects underway – making this an exciting and dynamic place to work.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting people, technology, and business outcomes. You'll bring with you:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree within IT, Business, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to work
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across organisational levels
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical topics into business language
- Experience working with documentation, governance, processes, and requirements management is an asset
- A proactive mindset and ability to independently drive activities from idea to implementation
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
Nice to have, but not required:
- Experience working in a regulated medical environment
- Experience and understanding of service design and UX
- Experience working in an agile organisation

Salary
For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000.00 to 956,900.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
