We are now looking for a Head of Regulatory Affairs to join CTEK and contribute to the solutions that Power Every Moment.
What you do
As Head of Regulatory Affairs, you develop and implement the company’s compliance strategy in alignment with the business strategy. Continuous improvement, efficiency and standardization are important parts.
Being the leader of the CTEK Compliance team, you ensure the Compliance Managers have appropriate direction, processes, and resources to manage operational compliance activities.
Strategic compliance projects, major regulatory and market access initiatives, internal training and awareness actions are handled by you. Responsibilities also include representing the company in relevant stakeholder interactions.
You will report to the Head of Quality at CTEK.
Location: Stockholm, Norrköping or Falun.
Who you are
You are a solution-oriented and structured person with the ability to evaluate, establish and continuously improve compliance processes, governance and ways of working.
Commercial awareness and understanding of customer expectation is important for the role.
You are comfortable working independently, while also collaborating with others, and you communicate clearly and in a structured way, both verbally and in writing.
Your skills
We believe that you have minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior compliance role, as well as a strong understanding and an established network from working with Global Market Access and regulatory approval processes.
Important for the role is proven process development and continuous improvement activities.
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or similar.
As English is our corporate language, you need to have very good skills in both spoken and written English.
