Role Description: About Us: At Booking.com, data drives our decisions. Technology is at our core. And innovation is everywhere. But our company is more than datasets, lines of code or A/B tests. We’re the thrill of the first night in a new place. The excitement of the next morning. The friends you encounter. The journeys you take. The sights you see. And the memories you make. Through our products, partners and people, we make it easier for everyone to experience the world.

Role Description:

As a Senior Project Manager in REWS, you lead medium-to-large complexity projects end-to-end, from scoping through delivery and handover. You assess business needs, develop implementation strategies, and drive outcomes that align with Booking.com's goals and the REWS department's mission.

You collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organisation, working closely with teams within REWS (such as Design, Facilities, and Portfolio) as well as cross-functional partners including ITS, HR, Finance, and Security.

A core aspect of this role is change management. You identify change impacts across multiple audience groups and design tailored change and communication plans that support adoption and engagement. You use data and feedback loops to measure success and adjust your approach.

You embrace new tools and technologies. Our team is one of the first PM teams at Booking.com who is leveraging AI (including Claude) in daily operations, and you are expected to explore, adopt, and champion new ways of working.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Act as primary point of contact for project-related queries
  • Adapt communication style to audience needs; influence up to Director level and interact productively at Senior Director level
  • Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand true motivations; show empathy to support stakeholders through change
  • Facilitate workshops and large-group sessions (15+) that drive alignment and engagement

Strategy & Innovation

  • Lead strategy workstreams from problem definition through to solution delivery
  • Apply a data-driven approach, collaborating with the REWS data scientist to enable evidence-based decisions
  • Champion new tools and methodologies to increase team velocity and impact

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: 5-8 years in project management
  • Project Management: Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects with limited supervision
